* Add build tags to support both x86 and ARM compilation on macOS

* Documentation fix: command line for build under macOS

* Global replace 'macOS X' -> 'macOS'. Fix typo in -tags cmd line param

* `README.md`: fix all `--tags` -> `-tags`
